Some meal ideas for what Ive been eating lately as someone who’s almost 30lbs down! I’d like to note that i probably eat like 5 meals a day and not all of them look this healthy. That’s also the reason my portions look so small. I eat smaller meals but more of them. I’m not perfect. Yesterday I had a cheesesteak and 2 slices of pizza and a bagel from dunkin.
