95 Madison Update

This historic Emmet building on Madison Ave has been under renovation for a few months now. So I thought—why not check it out in person and get a little taste of what future residents might enjoy?

The workers were super kind and took me straight up to the 18th floor Penthouse. Not only did I get a peek at the construction progress, but also at the exclusive panoramic views.

🏗 Construction update:

The main structure is already completed, shaping the future layout. The facade is being rebuilt with classic red brick—durable, timeless, and blending history with modern design.

🌆 Penthouse views:

Seeing it in person is SO different from just watching videos! Iconic Midtown Manhattan landmarks are crystal clear, the city’s vibrant energy spreads out beneath you, and the sweeping view honestly gave me chills. And guess what—the 34th Street subway is just next door. Talk about being in the heart of NYC!

So yeah… amazing location, incredible views, and steady progress. Can’t wait to see how it turns out once everything’s done!
