Okay, so you know how I said I'm obsessed with Strike Deku in My Hero Ultra Rumble? Well, I wasn't kidding! Every time the 'Teams Ready' screen pops up and we head into a '3-Player Team Battle', I instinctively pick him. I've tried other characters, but honestly, none feel as consistently impactful for my playstyle. It's not just about his raw power; it's how smoothly his kit flows in combat, making every 'Battle Starting...' moment an exciting challenge. For anyone wondering why he's my go-to, let me break it down. First off, his ranged alpha ability feels incredibly versatile. It's great for poking enemies from a distance, securing KOs, or even saving a teammate who’s in a tight spot. But the real magic happens when you get up close. His gamma skill, which brings him in for a powerful strike, is fantastic for closing gaps and initiating combos. I often use it to surprise opponents or to chase down fleeing enemies. Landing that perfect combo with his beta is just chef's kiss – it’s so satisfying and deals massive damage! My personal strategy usually involves staying on the fringes initially, trying to get some damage in with his alpha. Once an enemy is weakened or distracted, that's when I push in with gamma. The key is knowing when to commit. You don't want to overextend, especially in a '3-Player Team Battle' where focus fire can take you down fast. I always try to communicate with my team. If I see a 'Froppy' on my team, for instance, their mobility and support can create amazing openings for Deku to unleash his full potential. They can distract, set up, and even revive me if I get a bit too ambitious! Another thing I love about Strike Deku is his ability to adapt. He can be a primary damage dealer, but he can also be a fantastic clean-up character. If my teammates are engaging, I can hold back, wait for cooldowns, and then swoop in to finish off opponents. His movement abilities are also surprisingly good for repositioning, which is crucial in this game. I've managed to escape so many sticky situations by just timing my dodges and movement skills perfectly. If you haven't given Strike Deku a solid try in My Hero Ultra Rumble, you're missing out! Don't just pick him; try to understand his flow, practice his combos, and learn when to engage and disengage. Trust me, once you get the hang of it, you'll see why I literally can't bring myself to play anyone else. He's just too much fun and too effective. Let me know if you try him out and what your favorite combos are!
