🇸🇬Hidden Chinese Fusion Restaurant for Family Gatherings!

Recently discovered a restaurant in Singapore that’s perfect for family gatherings, friend meet-ups, and even business dining✨

It serves a Nanyang × Teochew-Cantonese fusion concept, blending familiar local Singapore flavours with classic Chinese cuisine. Every dish feels thoughtful, flavourful, and very suited to local taste.

We tried their $69.90 set menu, which includes:

✔️ Red Grouper Fish Hotpot

✔️ 2 main dishes

✔️ 1 vegetable dish

✔️ 1 choice of egg or tofu

✔️ Jasmine rice (free refill)

✔️ Chinese tea (free refill)

Perfect for sharing with a group!

What we had:

🐟 Red Grouper Fish Hotpot

The star of the table! The fish is fresh, firm, and tender at the same time. The broth gets richer as it simmers, full of natural seafood sweetness. So good it makes you keep going back for rice 🍚

🥢 Chicken Cubes with Bitter Gourd & Black Bean Sauce

Surprisingly balanced! The bitter gourd doesn’t overpower at all, instead it adds depth while the black bean sauce brings strong savoury flavour and the chicken stays tender.

🥢 Sweet & Sour Pork with Lychee

Crispy outside, tender inside, with a perfectly balanced sweet-sour sauce. Not too heavy, very addictive.

🥬 Stir-fried Nai Bai (Chinese cabbage)

Simple but very well executed. Crunchy, fresh, and slightly sweet—perfect to balance the richer dishes.

🥢 Signature Preserved Radish Silken Tofu

A must-order!! The house-made preserved radish is super fragrant, paired with silky tofu that literally melts in your mouth. Super comforting and goes perfectly with rice 🤤

Of course, the highlight here is their 🔥Signature

Roast Suckling Pig🔥

We were too full to try it this time 🥲 but almost every table had one! The golden crispy skin looked insanely good from afar… definitely coming back just for this next time.

The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, making it great for family meals, friend gatherings, or business dinners. A real hidden gem worth bookmarking ❤️

... Read moreHaving visited Treasure Paradise myself, I can wholeheartedly recommend it as an ideal spot for any group meal in Singapore. The blend of Nanyang, Teochew, and Cantonese flavors creates a unique dining experience that feels both authentic and innovative. The Red Grouper Fish Hotpot is indeed the star — the freshness of the fish and the evolving depth of the broth kept me coming back for more rice. I also found the Chicken Cubes with Bitter Gourd & Black Bean Sauce refreshingly balanced. Often bitter gourd dishes can be too overpowering, but here it added just the right earthy bitterness to complement the tender chicken and rich black bean sauce. The Sweet & Sour Pork with Lychee was memorable for its crisp texture and perfectly balanced sauce that didn’t feel heavy or cloying. What stood out to me was the Signature Preserved Radish Silken Tofu. The house-made preserved radish was aromatic and paired wonderfully with the silky tofu, truly a comforting dish that felt like a warm hug with every bite. For vegetable lovers, the stir-fried Nai Bai was noticeably fresh and crisp, offsetting the richer dishes nicely. While I missed out on the much-talked-about Roast Suckling Pig during my visit, the sight of crispy golden skin on neighboring tables convinced me that it’s a must-try for return visits. The spacious and cozy environment made it easy to relax with family and friends, not to mention their attentive service. Also, the free-flow jasmine rice and Chinese tea are perfect touches that enhance the sharing experience. If you're looking for a hidden Chinese fusion restaurant in Singapore that combines great taste, value, and ambiance for group dining, Treasure Paradise is well worth your attention.
