Similarly, doubt can be a catalyst for drive if approached with the right mindset. I remind myself that uncertainty is a natural part of growth, and I use it to fuel my preparation and learning. It helps to verbalize affirmations like "My emotions work for me, not against me," which reinforces the habit of watching feelings as signals rather than obstacles. Incorporating simple routines such as mindful breathing or journaling helps to redirect emotional energy constructively. By feeling the emotion fully, then deciding how to act on it, I maintain control over my mood and outcomes. This approach not only stabilizes my mental state but also increases my resilience and happiness over time. Embracing the concept that "emotion is energy" transforms our daily challenges into opportunities for personal empowerment and joy.
