So far, eating low fodmap has been hardddd. There’s SO many restrictions!! But this is my 3rd day, and this wasn’t so bad 🤷‍♀️ For the ranch I used the primal kitchen brand since they’re low fodmap approved ✅ #lowfodmap #wieiad #ibs #guthealth #diet
