You asked so here it is! More of my favorite healthy junk food swaps. While I follow a holistic gluten free lifestyle, I believe in the 80/20 rule and allow myself life’s guilty pleasures sometimes. However, due to my gluten allergy even when I eat processed foods, they’re usually a little better than your average junk foods.
