Mississippi Pot Roast
Mississippi Pot Roast Recipe (chicken version)
Ingredients:
• 2-3 pounds chicken breast
• salt and pepper
• ranch seasoning pack
• 6-10 whole pepperoncinis
• minced onion flakes
• Au Jus gravy seasoning mix (I used only half because sometimes it can be too salty)
Put all of these ingredients in your crockpot (chicken breasts on the bottom).
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve with a side of mashed potatoes! 😋
