Beyond the physical benefits, I make it a point to practice gratitude each morning, taking a moment to appreciate what I have and the opportunities ahead. This mindset shift has really helped me stay positive and focused throughout the day. Before diving into emails, meetings, or content creation, allowing this routine gives me a stable foundation. I've noticed that when I skip this time for myself, the day feels more reactive and less productive. Prioritizing self-care early on shapes the rest of my day in meaningful ways, improving not only work output but also overall well-being.
