Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas 🌮🔥

Easy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

Chicken & Marinade:

• 500 grams chicken breast, sliced into strips

• Juice of 1 lime

• 2 tbsp neutral oil

• 1 tsp paprika

• 1 tsp chili powder

• 1 tsp cumin

• 1 tsp dried oregano (optional)

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

For the Fajitas:

• 1–2 bell peppers, sliced

• 1 small onion, sliced

Instructions:

1. Marinate the chicken:

In a bowl, combine lime juice, oil, and all seasonings. Add sliced chicken and toss until fully coated. Let marinate at least 20–30 minutes (longer if you have time).

2. Prep the veggies:

Slice bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

3. Preheat air fryer:

Preheat to 380°F.

4. Cook the chicken:

Place marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until internal temp reaches 165°F.

5. Cook the vegetables:

Remove chicken and set aside. Add peppers and onions to the basket. Air fry for 6–8 minutes until tender with slight char.

6. Combine:

Toss the chicken back in with the veggies for 1–2 minutes to heat through.

Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
