「指を置く・手を置く」タイプのパーソナルカラー診断って、手軽だけど結果がブレやすくて私も最初は混乱しました。特に“ブルベ/イエベを指をかざして判定”みたいな画像は、画面の明るさや部屋の光で見え方が変わるので、同じ画像でも日によって違う結果になりがちです。ここでは、無料診断をできるだけ正確に使うコツと、イエベ春秋診断で迷ったときの確認ポイントをまとめます。 まず準備。①画面の明るさは中間〜やや明るめに固定、②室内は自然光（窓際）で、電球色（オレンジ色の照明）は避ける、③手は洗って赤みが強い直後（入浴後・運動後）は外す、が私の定番です。写真で判定する場合は、加工OFF・ナイトモードOFFで撮ると色が転びにくいです。 次に、指を置く/手のひらを置く時の見方。背景色に対して手が「明るく澄んで見える」「血色が自然に見える」方がしっくり来ることが多いです。逆に、くすんで見えたり影っぽく見えたり、黄色っぽさや赤黒さが強調されるなら反対側の可能性。私は“指 押す”よりも、軽く置いて力を抜いた方が色の差が見やすかったです。 イエベ春・イエベ秋で迷う人向けの追加チェックも。イエベ春寄りだと、黄みのある明るい色（クリアなイエロー、コーラル、明るいキャメル）で顔色がパッと上がる感覚が出やすいです。イエベ秋寄りだと、深みのある色（テラコッタ、カーキ、ダークブラウン）で肌が落ち着いて見えて、輪郭がはっきりすることが多い印象。 最後に注意点。これらは“目安”なので、結果がブルベ/イエベで揺れたら、手だけじゃなく顔周りで確認するのがおすすめです。例えば白T（真っ白）と生成り、シルバーとゴールドを当てて、肌の透明感が出る方を選ぶと納得しやすいです。無料の指置き診断を入口にして、似合う色の傾向（明るさ・鮮やかさ・深さ）まで掴めると、コスメも服も選びやすくなりました。
