I tried to summarize what I made for my child's "Bento Day" 🍙✨
In the limited morning time,
easy to eat.
it's delicious when it's cold.
i was a little happy when i opened it.
I make it while cherishing ☺️
How to pack the day lost in color,

私も子どもの学校行事に合わせたお弁当作りで毎朝バタバタしていますが、少しの工夫で見た目も味も満足できるお弁当が作れることを実感しています。 例えば、おかずは冷めても美味しい唐揚げや卵焼き、ミニトマトやブロッコリーなど彩りの良い野菜を取り入れると、栄養バランスもアップし見た目も華やかになります。キャラ弁は絵心がなくても、クッキー型やピックを使って簡単に可愛くできるので、私も試してみて楽しくなりました。 また、毎年「OBENTO2015」から「OBENTO2023」までのテーマや定番も参考に、詰め方や組み合わせを工夫しながら、子どもが開けた瞬間に喜ぶお弁当作りを目指しています。朝の限られた時間でも準備がスムーズになるよう、前夜に具材の下ごしらえをしておくのもおすすめです。 このようなちょっとした工夫で、忙しい朝でも笑顔になれるお弁当が作れるので、ぜひ皆さんも挑戦してみてください。毎回完璧でなくても、子どもが「可愛かった！」と言ってくれる瞬間が何よりの励みになりますよ。
