私が「福井 グルメ」で夏になると必ず探しちゃうのが、“ちゃんと和菓子屋さんが作るかき氷”。竹内菓子舗さんの淡雪氷は、ふわふわなのに口どけが軽くて、食べ進めてもキーンとしにくいのが推しポイントです。機械を新調されたそうで、今年はさらに氷の状態がきめ細かく感じました。 初めて行く人向けに、私なりの選び方もメモしておきます。甘さ控えめで香り重視なら抹茶派、果実感と甘酸っぱさ重視ならいちご派がハマりやすい印象。抹茶は宇治抹茶「匠」の濃さが主役で、別添えの“追い抹茶”をかけると一気に大人味になります。あんこ・わらび餅・白玉・ソフトまでのっていて、まさに「和菓子のフルコース」。 いちごは、春江のいちご王子さんの苺を使った自家製無添加シロップがジューシーで、果実の甘酸っぱさがしっかり。白玉と小豆で和の深みも出るので、ただのフルーツかき氷じゃなく“和菓子屋さんのいちご”って感じがしました。別添えミルクは、途中で味変に使うと最後まで飽きません。 あと地味に助かるのが、混みやすい時期の立ち回り。私は開店〜お昼前か、午後なら14〜16時台が比較的ゆったりでした（天気にも左右されます）。支払いは現金・PayPay・カードOKなので、さっと会計できるのも便利。 そして6/1〜6/30の「30%OFFチケット」特典は要チェック。次回“勝利したかき氷が30%オフ”になる仕組みなので、推し氷に投票する気分で選ぶのが楽しいです。 ※「ふるさと納税 スプーン」「ふるさと納税 宇治市」みたいに、抹茶やスイーツの関連ワードで探してここにたどり着いた方へ：この投稿は福井市の店舗で楽しむかき氷レポです。宇治抹茶の風味が好きな方は、まず抹茶から試すのがおすすめ。
