Ingredients:

• 1 lb large shrimp, cleaned and butterflied

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 2 tbsp butter

• 4–5 cloves garlic, finely minced

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1 tsp Dijon or yellow mustard (adjust to taste)

• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

• 2–3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
