Recipe for Garlic Butter Shrimp & Creamy Garlic Penne by Chef Bae Sherri Smith
Garlic Butter Shrimp Ingredients
* 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 4 tbsp unsalted butter
* 5 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
* Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and place into a bowl.
2. Season shrimp with smoked paprika, Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Toss well.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until beautifully caramelized and pink.
5. Lower heat slightly and add butter and minced garlic.
6. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the shrimp while cooking for another minute.
7. Add crushed red pepper flakes, parsley, and fresh lemon juice.
8. Remove from heat once shrimp are glossy, juicy, and coated in the buttery garlic sauce.

Extra Creamy Garlic Parmesan Penne
Ingredients
* 1 lb penne pasta
* 3 tbsp butter
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 1 cup whole milk
* 2 cups freshly shredded parmesan cheese
* 1 cup mozzarella cheese
* 1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1 tbsp chopped parsley
* Optional: extra parmesan for topping
Instructions
1. Boil penne pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring continuously.
5. Season with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
6. Allow sauce to gently simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
7. Reduce heat to low and slowly stir in parmesan and mozzarella cheese until smooth and creamy.
8. Add cooked penne pasta and toss until every piece is coated in the rich garlic parmesan sauce.
9. Sprinkle with parsley, cracked black pepper, and extra parmesan cheese before serving.
