I love a good workout shoe. These #Nike air zooms give so much support and help with balance when completing certain exercises. It's essential to an effective workout. Knowing that I am lowering the risks of injuries as well as lowering the risk of heart and blood vessel disease makes my performance more enhanced. Get a good shoe and workout! Your body deserves to be healthy.
