Do not give up on your journey!
Embarking on this journey, July 7, 2023, I have matured so much and realized that your journey will NEVER look, sound, have the same circumstances, or outcomes as anyone else. When I first started my journey , I was looking to lose weight. However, I knew I needed a way to stay on track (this time). So first thing I started doing was researching foods that would be effective to my body/blood time so I can reach my goals. I also kept in mind thay cheat days are for one thing to chear on. Not a whole day or a while meal. I also made sure that I didnt make it an every week or even bi-weekly thing. Next, I knew I needed to shed a lot of fat, & toxins, so I researched exercises that targeted certain parts of my body. Then, I knew I needed to find a way to have fun with my journey so I never got bored or gave up. Many people are going to say, "Oh, I could have done that in 90 days." ...or , "Girl, it's not hard...you just have to..." but you have to block those people out. If what they say consumes you, you will begin to doubt yourself. ...& THATS SOMETHING YOU NEVER WANT TO DO. Enjoy YOUR journey and know how you make it work is what matters.

It’s crucial to filter out negative influences and comments that can disrupt your self-belief. Instead, build a community that encourages and shares in your successes. Your journey isn't just about weight loss; it’s about transformation and self-discovery. Celebrate each small victory and remember that persistence and enjoyment pave the road to lasting changes.
