Prepare the Ingredients: • Wash the strawberries and mint leaves. Slice the strawberries and the lemon half. • Peel and finely grate or mince the fresh ginger. 2. Release the Flavors (Optional but Recommended): • In a sturdy glass or pitcher, lightly muddle (gently press with the back of a spoon) the mint leaves and ginger.
