Hey guys, this doesn’t mean you have to fast. You also do NOT have to start off fasting the same times I do, you don’t have to fast everyday, you don’t have to fast at all. If you do everything except fast, I’m sure you will see change- especially w a calorie deficit. I 100% have cheat days A LOT and fasting was still effective for me, as well as going for walks.

just a warning for my girls who are doing this or going to: please please please be so careful. because a couple years ago i started doing this and it turned into ànörexîa and it was awful. so please be so careful and aware when you do this and if you think you’re slipping into an eating disorder than reach out for help asap. the earlier you get help, the better recovery will be!
