Starting a blog can be an exciting but daunting journey, especially with the abundance of choices available today. For beginners, understanding where to start is crucial. Popular blogging platforms such as WordPress, Blogger, and Squarespace are commonly used by creators to share their passions. Each platform has its strengths and weaknesses, so it's essential to consider your blogging goals, whether you want a customizable site or an easy setup. When brainstorming content ideas, think about what you're passionate about or knowledgeable in. The best blogs often stem from genuine interest and expertise. Connecting with other bloggers through forums or social media groups can help in gaining insight and inspiration. Utilizing hashtags such as #blogger and #writing can lead you to a community of like-minded individuals who share their experiences, tips, and tricks, making the blog-starting process less lonely. Moreover, audience engagement is key. Asking your readers about their preferences or what they'd like to see on your blog creates a sense of community and involvement. Remember, every successful blogger once faced the same questions you're grappling with, so don't hesitate to seek assistance from online forums to clarify your path. Using resources available online can be instrumental in not only launching your blog but also in maintaining it successfully.

Substack is where I've seen a lot of people at lately. As for what to blog about, go with what your passionate about — what drove you to say, "Hey, I want to start a blog" in the first place. I blog about anime when I have the time, and it never feels like work.

I use ChatGPT to help me with blog posts. I type what I want to say and ask it to make it more girly or mom aesthetic and more clear.
