One of my favorite things to do when I want to detox from a stressful week is just to go into the city or to and outdoor garden and just walk around take pictures and appreciate nature. Sometimes one of the best escapes is just to go to a beautiful quiet place or even just to go for a walk in the city with headphones by yourself and just enjoy what’s around you and not think about what’s going on in your life.
