Things i started doing for myself✨

Here are 5 things I am doing to help me feel more like myself again

✨ Spending more time with God – keeps me grounded and reminds me I’m not doing life alone.

🚶🏾‍♀️ 10K steps a day – helps to clear my mind and boost my energy.

🏋🏾‍♀️ Weight training 5x a week – building my strength and confidence one rep at a time.

📚 Prioritizing my studies – preparing for my career and staying focused on my goals.

📖 Reading more non-fiction – learning new things from different perspectives mainly self-help, faith-based, and memoirs.

If you're in a season of starting over too, I hope this encourages you to start small and stay consistent. 💛

... Read moreIn today's fast-paced world, finding ways to reconnect with ourselves can be a vital aspect of personal growth and well-being. Here are five essential habits to cultivate on your journey to self-discovery: 1. **Strengthen Your Spiritual Connection** - Engaging in daily spiritual practices, such as prayer or meditation, can foster a sense of peace and purpose. This connection to a higher power helps provide clarity and strengthens resilience against life's challenges. 2. **Set Goals and Stay Active** - Aim for at least 10,000 steps a day to boost your physical health and mental clarity. This not only enhances your mood but also serves as a valuable reminder to stay motivated and focused on your objectives. 3. **Embrace Weight Training** - Committing to a regular strength training routine builds not only physical strength but also confidence. Whether it's lifting weights or practicing resistance exercises, this habit contributes significantly to overall health and personal empowerment. 4. **Prioritize Education** - Dedicating time to your studies or professional development is crucial. This focus not only prepares you for your future career but also enriches your life by introducing you to new ideas and opportunities. 5. **Expand Your Reading Horizons** - Reading non-fiction can expose you to diverse perspectives and valuable insights. Exploring self-help books, memoirs, and faith-based literature can lighten your path to self-improvement and personal fulfillment. By implementing these practices into your life, you can pave the way for a stronger, more aligned version of yourself, ready to face new challenges and opportunities.
