Reflecting on graduation day always brings a wave of nostalgia and pride. For those of us from the Class of 2000 at Hayfield Secondary, that moment was more than just a ceremony—it was a milestone marking our transition into adulthood. Over 20 years later, I still find myself cherishing the lessons learned and friendships made during those formative years. Graduation is not only about receiving a diploma; it's about celebrating the journey—the late-night study sessions, the extracurricular activities, the support from peers and mentors, and the personal growth we each experienced. For me, looking back at my graduation photo is a reminder of the resilience and determination that carried me through those years. Sharing your own graduation stories and pictures is a wonderful way to connect with classmates and relive those memories. It’s amazing to see how our paths have evolved since that day, yet the pride and joy we felt remain timeless.
