It is a complete restaurant with breakfast, brunch, coffee, fresh baked bread and dessert. The atmosphere is airy, open, comfortable, minimalist decoration, smooth but warm-looking. It's perfect to sit and chill, work or eat with friends.
There are a lot of menus, including All Day Breakfast, Eggs Benedict, Sandwich, Pasta, Salad, as well as the restaurant's drinks and bakery. All dishes are well served, good raw materials, mellow flavors, fragrant coffee, easy to drink. All sourdough bread is freshly baked. 🥐☕
Another favorite is the good service staff, smiling and caring for the customers, making the atmosphere more pleasant. The price is about 200-400 baht per person. It is worth the food quality and atmosphere.
Overall, it's another very impressive store. If you come to Hua Hin and find a delicious brunch shop, recommend it here. No disappointment and a chance to repeat it. 💛

สำหรับคนรักบรันช์และคาเฟ่ในหัวหิน ผมอยากแชร์ประสบการณ์ที่ Brunch & Brew by HOC ที่ Market Village Hua Hin ซึ่งเป็นร้านที่ผมไปบ่อยและประทับใจมาก ๆ ผมชอบบรรยากาศร้านที่โปร่ง โล่ง และการตกแต่งในสไตล์มินิมอลที่ทำให้รู้สึกอบอุ่นและผ่อนคลาย เหมาะแก่การมานั่งชิล แชทกับเพื่อน หรือแม้แต่นั่งทำงานก็ไม่ทำให้รู้สึกอึดอัดเลยครับ ร้านนี้เสิร์ฟเมนูหลากหลายตั้งแต่ All Day Breakfast ยันขนมหวานและเครื่องดื่มที่คัดสรรอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะเมนู Eggs Benedict ที่มีซอสครีมกลมกล่อม หรือ Tuna Melted ที่รสชาติลงตัว กับ Grilled Shrimp Pesto ที่สดและรสชาติอร่อยมาก ทำให้ผมรู้สึกว่าทุกรสชาติมีความตั้งใจปรุงอย่างดี ส่วนขนมปังอบสด เช่น sourdough และขนมหวานอย่าง Pain au Chocolat, Danish Custard, Pain Suisse และ Cinnamon Roll นั้นอบใหม่ทุกวัน หอมกรุ่นและรสชาติจะหวานอ่อนๆ กำลังดี เหมาะกับกาแฟหอม ๆ ที่ร้านเสิร์ฟ ในด้านบริการ พนักงานที่นี่ก็น่ารัก ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ให้ความช่วยเหลือและดูแลลูกค้าตลอด จึงทำให้บรรยากาศร้านดูอบอุ่นและน่านั่งยิ่งขึ้น เรื่องราคาก็ถือว่าสมเหตุสมผลกับคุณภาพอาหารและบรรยากาศ ค่าใช้จ่ายประมาณ 200-400 บาทต่อคน ถือว่าโอเคสำหรับสายคาเฟ่ที่มองหาประสบการณ์บรันช์ครบจบในที่เดียว โดยรวมแล้ว แนะนำว่าถ้าคุณมาหัวหินแล้วอยากหาร้านบรันช์หรือคาเฟ่ที่นั่งสบายและอาหารดีๆ Brunch & Brew by HOC เป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอน และผมเองก็มีแผนจะกลับไปซ้ำอีกหลายครั้ง เพราะความน่าประทับใจนี้มันยากจะหาได้ในร้านอื่นๆ รอบๆ หัวหินครับ
