There’s a reason I don’t post full workouts on my page…

Randomly picking workouts from Instagram or YouTube 5 minutes before your session isn’t an efficient way to train. Trust me—I used to do the same thing.

But if you want real results, you need a specific plan. One that aligns with your goals and allows you to track progressive overload—the key to building strength and seeing progress.

Doing the same structured workouts for weeks at a time (with small tweaks) is what gets you results. Not switching it up every time you hit the gym.
