My mom went to an iridologist and this confirmed my holistic research - chicken is not our friends. Us women specifically because it puts out hormones all out of wack. This ain’t the chicken from the back in the day …. They are pumped up with so much hormones that it interferes with our normal regulation.

I’m in the process of dealing with so many auto immune disorders and inflammation taking over my body. So I’m in test mode to see what this switch does for me and I’m happy to share ✨
