I’m almost two years postpartum!! I’ve had a slow but steady weightloss journey losing 80 pounds and now gaining muscle. Here are some meals I eat that help give me a flat belly. Because food is the biggest indicator on whether or not you’re going to lose weight. These are all delicious and high protein.
