✨Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan✨
When dinner plans take a turn but you’re still craving something golden, cheesy, and comforting… this no-breadcrumb version saves the night. Crispy outside, juicy inside, and air-fried to perfection. 💋
Ingredients
• 1–1½ lbs chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breasts)
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning (or mix of oregano & basil)
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• 1–2 eggs, beaten with a splash of water
• 1 cup marinara sauce
• Shredded mozzarella or provolone
• Olive oil spray
Instructions
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix Parmesan, flour, garlic & onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Pat chicken dry. Dip each piece in the beaten egg, then coat fully in the Parmesan-flour mixture.
3️⃣ Lightly spritz both sides with olive oil spray.
4️⃣ Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5️⃣ Spoon marinara sauce over each piece and top with shredded mozzarella.
6️⃣ Air fry another 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

💡 For extra crunch, mix in a spoonful of crushed pork rinds or almond flour.
💡 Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket — space means crisp edges!
