I’m here to say DONT EVER WATER DOWN ANYTHING ABOUT YOURSELF, DONT EVER DIM YOUR OWN LIGHT TO MAKE SOMEONE ELSE’s SHINE ✨ BE YOU AND ALWAYS MOVE WITH GENUINE/PURE INTENTIONS.

Just because people are always happy, doesn’t mean they dont deal with real life situations, everybody deal w their problems differently. Same way everybody have insecurities, but that doesn’t mean you have to show it.

Self love is a beautiful thing! My mommy instilled that in me young. And I love tf outta myself! I feel like every female should always walk with their head held high and be able to look in the mirror and KNOW THAT THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL even on their bad days.

It’s ok to be confident, it’s ok to know you’re beautiful, it’s ok to be comfortable in your own skin, if you ever feel like you are offending someone for simply being your authentic self, they dont deserve to be around you.

Activities like journaling our thoughts, engaging in hobbies, or pampering ourselves can significantly boost our mood and perception of self. Celebrating small victories, acknowledging progress, and forgiving ourselves for perceived shortcomings are paramount in this journey. Additionally, mental wellness should not be overlooked. Approaching therapy or engaging in mindfulness activities such as yoga and meditation can help in understanding and overcoming limiting beliefs. It's okay to seek help and recognize that everyone has battles to fight. Know that your voice is essential, and your journey is valid. By prioritizing self-love and refusing to shrink for others, we contribute to a culture that values authenticity and empowerment.
