3 things I do when I feel unmotivated😕

feeling unmotivated from the gym can be really tough and hard to get out of, so here are some ways I cope with feeling unmotivated🫶🏼

1. Remember my “why” and remind myself why I started doing fitness, why I love it, and why I continue to do it.

2. Reward myself with a little treat — whether it’s an iced coffee, a pastry, or some sour candy it’s important to reward myself for all the hard work I’ve done.

3. Get moving in a cute outfit — I’ll throw on a cute gym outfit and just move my body. Sometimes it’s really hard to just get out of the house, but once you start moving you won’t regret it.
