Book Review: What did I just read? 😶‍🌫️

My review doesn’t have much to do with the author. This was not my style at all. The story was hard to follow. There were stories within stories connected to other stories in the story. See how that’s confusing? My expectations of the book were much different than what the book was actually about.

Initially, I only read a bit about the plot, which was stories being buried and coming to life. This book is not a thriller, nothing creepy about the plot I mentioned. The story goes much deeper than that. It talks about the life experiences of multiple characters, telling stories that were buried, but refused to go untold. Stories of the hardships of relationships, family, friendships, etc. This book definitely has depth. It just wasn’t for me.

⭐️Overall rating: 2/5
