Simple ingredients, naturally sweet, and it keeps me full without feeling heavy. Since my VSG, I’ve been learning that healthy doesn’t have to be boring or complicated.

• Fresh strawberries
• Chia seeds
• Chopped peanuts
• Cinnamon
• Sugar-free syrup
