One thing I’ve learned after losing 100+ pounds is that healthy eating doesn’t mean everyone has to eat the exact same meal.
🥩 My husband’s plate:
Homemade peppered steak with brown rice and sautéed bell peppers.
🥦 My plate (and the kids’):
Chicken & broccoli over brown rice with roasted rainbow carrots.
Both meals are high in protein, full of flavor, and made with simple ingredients we already had at home. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated—it just has to be sustainable. 🤍
