Here is everything that has happened:

• I purchased a wig from Uveous Hair Shop through TikTok Shop. When I received it, the wig was defective, poor quality, and shed all over my home, making it completely unusable.

• I contacted the seller to request a refund and explained that the product was faulty. Instead of resolving the issue, the seller began manipulating and pressuring me to accept a partial refund only if I agreed to delete my negative review.

• They offered me $15, then $25, claiming part of it would come from an employee’s “personal salary” if I took down my review.

• When I refused, they said they would only issue a full refund if I deleted my review first and sent a screenshot as proof.

• The seller then contacted me outside of TikTok Shop, directly through my personal phone number, which I never gave them permission to use. They continued to message me repeatedly, using emotional manipulation and guilt tactics to pressure me to remove my review.

• After I refused to comply, the seller and/or their team blocked me from their TikTok Live sessions to prevent me from commenting or warning other buyers.

• Throughout this situation, they have stalled communication, avoided accountability, and violated multiple TikTok Shop rules, including refund procedures, off-platform contact, and attempts to bribe customers for review removal.

I have saved screenshots of every message, including those from TikTok Shop chat and the off-platform texts sent to my phone. I am happy to submit them as evidence.

At this point, I am requesting that TikTok Shop:

1. Issue a full refund for my order immediately.

2. Investigate Uveous Hair Shop and their related live pages (Human Hair No.1 and @Human Hair Bazaar ) for policy violations and unethical behavior.

I have tried to handle this privately and respectfully, but the company’s actions have left me no choice. I also plan to make a full video documenting this entire experience to protect other customers from going through the same thing. @Uveous Hair Shop
