Starting my workout journey from scratch, today marks Day 1 back in the gym, and I couldn't feel more motivated and confident. At 5'7" and currently weighing 142 pounds, my goal is to reach 190 pounds and transform this passion into a career. I know that consistency is the number one ingredient to success, and I'm committed to showing up every day, pushing my limits, and staying dedicated to my fitness goals.
