working at night means eating dinner at 10pm or later & not getting in any food in between that and lunch. having some fun bev other than water gets me through my shift super easily + being busy definitely helps

full day of eating this day:

- acv, lemon, cinnamon tonic 🫚🍋

- protein shake (berries, spinach, chia seeds, hemp seeds, @nufyx vegan protein) 🥤

- pineapple 🍍

- greek salad (tofu, beans, spinach, peppers, tomato, lemon, nutritional yeast, black pepper) 🥗

- watermelon prebiotic soda

- watermelon electrolyte drink 🍉

- sweet potato + tofu + broccoli bowl 🍠🥦

Sebagai contoh, sarapan dengan oatmeal dicampur chia seed dan almond merupakan awal yang baik. Untuk makan siang, salad quinoa dengan kacang hitam memberikan tambahan protein bergizi. Sedangkan untuk makan malam, sup lentil dengan roti gandum utuh tidak hanya mudah dicerna tapi juga kaya asam amino lengkap yang diperlukan tubuh. Selain itu, minuman seperti tonik apel cider, lemon dan kayu manis juga membantu pencernaan dan memberi energi saat bekerja malam. Saya juga menyarankan minuman prebiotik seperti soda semangka untuk menjaga kesehatan usus dan asupan elektrolit. Penting untuk mengatur jadwal makan dengan baik, misalnya makan malam setelah jam 10 malam bagi pekerja shift malam harus ringan namun bernutrisi untuk menjaga energi sampai ke esok hari. Saya sering menggunakan meal prep agar bisa menyiapkan makanan bergizi dengan mudah dan praktis. Dengan mengikuti pola makan seperti ini, saya merasa lebih segar dan mampu menjalani shift malam dengan lancar tanpa merasa lemas atau lapar di tengah kerja.
