working at night means eating dinner at 10pm or later & not getting in any food in between that and lunch. having some fun bev other than water gets me through my shift super easily + being busy definitely helps
full day of eating this day:
- acv, lemon, cinnamon tonic 🫚🍋
- protein shake (berries, spinach, chia seeds, hemp seeds, @nufyx vegan protein) 🥤
- pineapple 🍍
- greek salad (tofu, beans, spinach, peppers, tomato, lemon, nutritional yeast, black pepper) 🥗
- watermelon prebiotic soda
- watermelon electrolyte drink 🍉
- sweet potato + tofu + broccoli bowl 🍠🥦
