All you need are two main ingredients: a good quality coarse sea salt and dried wasabi powder. I personally love using a flaky sea salt because its texture creates a satisfying crunch, but any coarse salt will do. For the wasabi powder, make sure to choose a reputable brand to get that authentic kick. Here’s my go-to recipe: I usually start with about 1/2 cup of coarse sea salt and add 1-2 tablespoons of dried wasabi powder.
