One tip I picked up while using this planner is to combine tasks with similar efforts or locations. For instance, I can dust surfaces, straighten pillows, and vacuum the living room in one session. This system not only speeds up cleaning but also builds momentum, making the process less daunting. The seasonal cleaning checklist is also very practical, guiding you to deep clean areas like carpets and appliances during winter or other seasons, which prevents buildup and maintains a fresh environment. A downside I noticed, which I think is common when using planners with ADHD, is occasionally forgetting to consult the book regularly. To counter that, I set reminders on my phone and keep the planner in visible spots, like my desk or kitchen counter. This helps reinforce the habit and keeps me accountable.
