One Pot Gut Friendly Korean Soup🇰🇷🍚🌶️
I love one pot meals and healthy ones at that! This also comes together in under 15 mins!😋
Kimchi is rich in probiotics and antioxidants that help your gut and regulate bowel movements!
✎Ingredients:
*1/2 cup kimchi
*kimchi juice
*tofu
*cooked chicken
*soy sauce
*sesame oil
*water
*optional- egg
For this recipe, you can decide how much tofu/chicken you want to put.😆
I also suggest using a small pot that feeds 1 person☺️
Directions:
1. In a pot, add kimchi, cooked chicken, and tofu
2. Add equal parts kimchi juice and water
3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil
4. Bring that to a boil on medium heat
5. Once it boils, crack an egg in there
6. Turn off heat, cover with lid for 3-5 mins or longer depending how you like your egg cooked!
Enjoy alone or with a bowl of white rice! 😋😋
