Ingredients:

2 (8 oz) boxes cream cheese, softened

1–2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

3 green onions, chopped

½ lb cooked crab meat, flaked or diced

8–10 egg roll wrappers

Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

1. Make Filling: In a food processor, mix cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions. Stir in crab meat by hand.

2. Assemble: Place wrapper like a diamond shape. Add 3 tbsp filling in center, fold bottom corner over filling, tuck, fold sides, and roll tightly. Seal with a dab of water.

3. Fry: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Fry 2–3 rolls at a time for 1–2 min until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
