My energy levels changed drastically once I started eating cleaner, and more regularly. I am a pescatarian and often have vegetarian protein 🥑🌱 I also take supplements everyday of iron and vitamin C 🍊🍋

For breakfast, I enjoyed a delicious protein waffle topped with no sugar peanut butter and honey, enhancing my protein intake while keeping it wholesome. For a mid-morning snack, I had low sugar oatmeal paired with blueberries and low-fat cottage cheese to balance carbohydrates and proteins effectively. My lunch was filling and flavorful: a serving of quinoa chickpea pasta with Impossible meatballs in a luscious pesto sauce, serving as a great source of sustenance. Post-workout, I indulged in a lemon cake Quest bar, providing me with the energy needed after my gym session. These small adjustments in your daily meals can significantly impact your health. Don't forget to hydrate; I always start my day with a glass of water to kickstart my metabolism and stay refreshed throughout the day!
