Here's an easy breakfast or lunch idea wirh english muffins, egg, cheese, and avocado. You can customize it however you want. My favorite is a blueberry english muffin with egg and cheese! These are great for a busy work day or quick breakfast too. I got my ingredients from Sams club and Kroger

Healthy high protein snack

This is one of my go to breakfasts or snacks to start off my work day. I rotate cottage cheese and yogurt with fruits and nuts or my choice. We heated the strawberries with some sugar this time to make something like a jam. I got my ingredients from Sam's Club! #healthysnacks #proteinsnackid
