Going out in your 40s
We tried so hard! I love that we actually thought that we were gonna stay out until 2am😂 the best part about getting older and being regulated is knowing what you want and not pushing yourself just because you feel like you have to. Doing what you want I’m finding people that are aligned with that.

Skating in a flowstate✨
Just like I had to learn how to skate in a flow, I take that same practice and learn how to do it in every day tasks. The skating season is almost done here in Toronto, and I’m so sad until next year. Being able to move and have so much passion while doing it is such a good way to extend your heart
