Today I tried to focus on staying in a deficit while also still enjoying foods that I love!

I took a road trip today to pick up a new treadmill! I stopped at sheetz on the way home!

➡️ I got a 2 pack crispy chicken wrap with sour

cream, bacon, cheddar cheese, and lettuce! I also got some Mac & cheese bits and a crispy Coke Zero!🥤

During my road trip to pick up a new treadmill, I made a pit stop at Sheetz, where the offerings are both tempting and convenient. Alongside my wrap, I indulged in some crispy Mac & Cheese bites that complemented the meal perfectly. For refreshments, I opted for a Coke Zero, which offers the sweet taste without added calories. Tracking meals is integral to anyone who is conscious about their diet, especially when focusing on a caloric deficit. By choosing high-protein meals and mindful snacks, I aim to satisfy my cravings without derailing my goals. Understanding your macronutrient intake can also deepen your knowledge of food relationships and how to balance them effectively. Remember, staying in a deficit does not require deprivation. By focusing on foods that you love while being mindful of your choices, you can create a sustainable eating pattern that promotes both enjoyment and health.
