Sharing progress, challenges, and success stories keeps motivation high and fosters continuous learning. For anyone considering this path, my advice is to embrace every part of the journey—from initial workouts to developing personalized routines tailored for diverse fitness levels. Incorporating variations and modifications allows clients to safely achieve their goals. At home, no equipment Pilates workout. This workout has some advanced training techniques (ex: isometric holds) so it’s best for an intermediate level. If you are a beginner and want to try it out I recommend only doing 1 set of everything. Otherwise if you’re intermediate do 3 sets of 10 reps
