จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้ลองชิมไอติมและเจลาโต้จากร้านต่างๆ มากกว่า 25 ร้านในกรุงเทพฯ ในช่วงครึ่งปีแรกของปี 2026 ผมอยากแชร์ความรู้สึกและข้อสังเกตที่ได้เจอระหว่างที่ไปทานกับแฟนครับ การได้ชิมทุกรสชาติจนสามารถเปรียบเทียบได้ทำให้ผมรู้ว่า ไอติมเจลาโต้ในแต่ละร้านต่างมีเอกลักษณ์และความโดดเด่นที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความเข้มข้นของรสชาติ หรือเนื้อสัมผัสที่มีความเนียนและหนึบแตกต่างกันตามสูตรของร้านนั้นๆ ตัวอย่างเช่น Gelato Elementary ที่อยู่แถวสามย่านนั้น มีกลิ่นรสที่ชัดเจน ตัวเนื้อไอติมมีความเข้มข้นมากจนกลายเป็นร้านโปรดอันดับหนึ่งของผมกับแฟนเลยครับ นอกจากนี้ร้านอย่าง Scrump Gelateria ที่ชั้น 7 ของ Central World ก็มีเนื้อไอติมที่เรียกได้ว่าละมุนลิ้นสุดๆ รสแมคคาเดเมียดีมากจนต้องยอมรับเลยว่าร้านนี้เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบไอติมรสชาติเข้มข้นแต่มีกลิ่นหอมถั่วที่ไม่เหมือนใคร สำหรับคนชอบช็อกโกแลตและพิสตาชิโอ โอเคเลยทีเดียวครับ ส่วนในกลุ่มของไอติมโยเกิร์ตแบบ Froyo ร้านอย่าง Buddhi Belly ที่ One Bangkok ก็เป็นร้านโปรดที่เราชื่นชอบมาก ถึงแม้ว่าจะหวานอยู่บ้าง แต่การเติมซอสช็อกโกแลตเม็ดๆ ลงไปทำให้เตะตาและรสชาติดูเข้ากันสุดๆ เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ได้ลองแล้วอยากบอกต่อจริงๆ ถ้าใครสนใจอยากลองร้านไอติมที่หลากหลายแต่ยังไม่รู้จะเริ่มที่ไหนดี การเลือกจากรีแคปนี้อาจช่วยให้คุณเจอร้านที่ตรงใจ ทั้งในแง่รสชาติ ความสะดวกในการจอดรถ ราคาที่เหมาะสม ไปจนถึงบริการที่ดีเยี่ยมของพนักงานที่ทุกร้านต่างให้คะแนนเต็มกันเลย ท้ายสุดนี้ ผมอยากแนะนำว่า การทานไอติมกับคนรู้ใจนั้นเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ทำให้การชิมมีความหมายมากขึ้น เป็นความทรงจำหวานๆ ที่ผมและแฟนจะเก็บไว้ระหว่างทางเสมอ สำหรับใครที่กำลังมองหาสถานที่เติมความหวาน แนะนำลองแวะไปตามร้านเหล่านี้ รับรองว่าคุณจะได้พบกับรสชาติและความสุขในการทานไอติมที่หลากหลายอย่างแท้จริงครับ
