Week of Workouts 🗓️🏋️‍♀️⚡️

I got four workouts done this week as your favorite full time Pilates instructor and most of them were Pilates this week. Here’s how it went:

✨Monday: Reformer Flow

✨Tuesday: 15k steps and rest

✨Wednesday: Mat Pilates

✨Thursday: Private Pilates Lesson

✨Friday: 10k steps and rest

✨Saturday: Full Body Lift

✨Sunday: Rest Day
