Taught this plank to side/snakey pike combo in my level 2.0 class today in Fort Mill! They actually used the platform not the footbar but still! A challenge!
Side plank sequences always remind me how much strength lives in the small stabilizers — the muscles that keep us steady, lifted, and supported from the inside out 🤍 reformer = elegance with a burn.🔥😅
I love side plank work because it’s not just strength — it’s awareness. you can’t muscle through it, you have to organize your body and lift from the inside out 🫶
