Clean Out Dinner #5
This was a hit with everyone! I called it cheeseburger noodles.
I took out some ground beef and cooked it.
I took a can of diced tomatoes and blended it.
I then added that can of tomatoes to the cooked ground beef along with about 2 cups of water and 1 cup of milk.
I added about 2 1/2 cups of noodles that I had.
I seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, steak & burger seasoning, and salt.
I cooked it with the top on for most of the time, and then let it simmer for about 8 minutes with the top off.
Once I removed the top, I added a bar of shredded white cheddar.
