Ingredients:
• 1 3 oz. box of Strawberry Jello Mix
• 1 cup of water
• 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice
• 1 cup of rum
• Whipped cream for topping
• Fresh strawberries
• Fresh lime slices or mini lime wedges for topping
Directions:
Step 1: In a small sauce pan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Step 2: Remove from the heat and whisk in Strawberry
jello mix, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Step 3: Whisk in 1/2 cup of lime juice and 1 cup of Malibu.
Step 4: Pour the Jello mixture into the plastic cups and put them into the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Step 5: Before serving, top with whipped cream, fresh strawberry halves, and lime slices, if you want to! 🍓
